#86. Uncle Ziggy. Birthday Shout-Out.
...he's so tall because he's growing, and he's so happy because of his birthday! He has an eye-patch (above right eye) for the parade (Gasparilla shout-out).
Note: it was explained that his the picture showcased his heart and pants.
